1) High season – minimum stay of 7 nights;
Medium season – minimum stay of 4 nights.
Low season – minimum stay of 3 nights.

2) The maximum capacity of the house is 6 people but we can accept a seventh person using an extra single bed. We can provide a cot for free. Reservations are not accepted for most people (including children), reserving the right of entry.

3) Check-in: 16:00-20:00 (for late check-in, please contact us);
Check-out: until 12:00 (late check-out, subject to confirmation).

4) The reservation is considered confirmed when, after confirmation of availability, a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay is made. Upon receipt, we will send the confirmation of the reservation. The remaining payment will take place at check-in with the delivery of the key.

5) Extra services requested during the stay are charged at the time of completion / delivery.

6) Transmission of deposit, signaling the reservation, must be made within 3 days after confirmation of availability. If the reservation deposit is not received within this period the reservation is canceled.

7) Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer.

8) After the bank transfer, you must send proof of it (a scanned copy by email), including your name and dates of booking.

9) Reservations canceled more than 15 days in advance result in a full repayment of the deposit.

10) However, reservations canceled less than 15 days before the expected date of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the total reservation (the value of the deposit ). This does not occur if the booking is transferred to another available date .

11) No shows will be charged the fee of 30% of the total reservation (at the deposit sent to signal the reserve).

12) Any anomalies or deficiencies in the accommodation must be reported as soon as possible and always during the actual stay.

13) Pets are not allowed and we reserve the right to refuse entry.

14) The house is not equipped for people with disabilities.

15) We encourage a policy of “No Smoking” inside the house of Monte da Sapaleira.

16) Rates may change without notice and may coincide with any special promotions or packages.
